Supermarket Swap began with Nabula Brdar’s mission to navigate the complex world of food additives and preservatives to ensure healthier choices for her young son. This journey led to the creation of the Supermarket Swap App—a revolutionary tool that simplifies grocery shopping by identifying additives and offering healthier alternatives.

Breathing fresh life Into the Supermarket Swap App

With a bold new identity from 2049 ©, Supermarket Swap needed their app to reflect the same energy and precision. Tasked with maintaining the app’s existing structure, we used React Native to integrate updated branding elements, including fresh typography, a dynamic colour palette, and refined visual details. The result is a seamless blend of new creative direction and functional design, offering users a modern, on-brand experience while preserving the app’s familiar usability. Blending community and commerce in a new online store

We reimagined Supermarket Swap’s website with a dual purpose: to support their growing community and enable seamless online shopping. Built on Shopify, the site integrates advanced features like Digital Downloads and Mailchimp for personalised communication, as well as Google Ads, providing an additional stream of revenue for the business. Alongside its e-commerce capabilities, the site functions as a resource for recipes and health advice, cementing its role as an essential tool for Supermarket Swap’s audience. This holistic approach combines education and monetisation to amplify the brand’s impact.
