Autism SA
Autism SA is an established, well-governed, registered for purpose, charitable organisation. Founded in 1964, Autism SA aims to improve life outcomes for people on the spectrum by providing and facilitating the very best information, connections, expertise, education, services, support and a strong representative voice for people in our community.
A digital refresh to compliment the organisation’s re-brand
As part of Autism SA’s visual re-brand, we worked with the non-profit organisation to design and develop their new website in accordance with the new brand guidelines. With 13,000 registered individuals on the autism spectrum, it was imperative that the site had large appeal to their captive audience.
Catering for a wealth of resources
Since the proposed new sitemap and subsequent content/page density was rather substantial, we created a powerful filtering tool which collected key attributes of the user in order to suggest articles and resources, tailored to their personal situation.
Ticketing & event registration module
Since the organisation hosts a number of online and offline training events and workshops, we built a feature-rich event registration module which facilitated ticket sales, attendee check-in, attendance reports, custom attendee questionnaires and much more. Our expert WordPress developers also created a custom plugin which dynamically generated a ‘Certificate of Completion’ for all eligible participants. These PDF certificates were automatically generated where training officers were provided an option to either bulk send all certificates to eligible participants or else send individually.
This project was complex, contained many moving parts and required collaboration with a number of internal and external stakeholders, Pink Panda took it all in their stride and maintained a positive can do attitude throughout the process.
We approached Pink Panda to assist us with a complete re-imagine and rebuild of the Autism SA website because of all the positive feedback we received from their previous and current clients. This project was complex, contained many moving parts and required collaboration with a number of internal and external stakeholders, Pink Panda took it all in their stride and maintained a positive can do attitude throughout the process, I have no hesitation in recommending Adam and his team for any web based challenge you may have.
