How we can work with your team
On-going
Our on-going white label service guarantees your business a predetermined number of hours bandwidth per week which is ideal for agencies who require a more ‘ad-hoc’ style of task fulfillment. This relationship will be overseen by a project manager whom you will have direct access to through your preferred communication channel (eg. Slack).
Per-project
Pink Panda can provide white label services on a per project basis. Whether you would like us to help deliver an end to end project from the initial strategy and planning through to completion; or else assist in one or more aspects of the projects (eg. the creative execution and/or the development).

If we haven’t met before, first it would be great to get to know each other and help understand how we might be able to cater to your specific requirements. Receive a fixed cost and timeline 📅
Once we have collected all project requirements, shortly after you will receive a fixed project cost and timeline for your consideration. If the project is urgent and needing to be completed within a shorter timeframe, we will be happy to discuss strategies to fast-track the completion.

Project kick-off 🚀
We will first align ourselves to your preferred channel of communication to maximise efficiency throughout the project. Your dedicated project manager will provide you with weekly updates as to how the project is progressing. Along the way, we will reach various milestones where your team, as well as your client, will have an opportunity to provide feedback.

Once the project is completed, we will hand over all assets and final deliverables.

Will the project be attributed to Pink Panda in any way?
No. Pink Panda will assume no attribution or public recognition for any work completed and will work solely under the brand of the agency. That being said, a reduced rate may be offered to those agencies who are willing to share attribution.
How confidential is a white label service?
We believe confidentiality to be the key to a successful white label service. We ensure that all works produced as part of our service are attributed to our clients, where our involvement is kept confidential. Our team is bound by strict non-disclosure agreements as we are committed to providing a service that allows our clients to confidently offer the works as their own, without any concerns of confidentiality breaches.
Will I have direct correspondence with the workers?
You will be assigned a project manager who will be the conduit between your agency and our workers. This allows our team to apply maximum focus towards their craft whilst our PM will provide regular updates via your preferred channel of communication (eg. Slack, Email).
Who will own the intellectual property?
The client will always retain ownership of the project, however, within the context of web/app development, we will offer a license to use the source code for the specific project. This license prohibits the use or re-purposing of the code for any other projects. We aim to establish long-term partnerships with our white label clients, and this license allows us to continue providing support and services to them over time.
