International Kitchen Warehouse (formerly InKitchens) came to Pink Panda to assist in their re-brand by re-creating their online presence. Offering quality kitchens at an affordable price, IKW required a site design that appealed to their target audience with a mid-range budget within the competing market.

We utilised cutting-edge design trends to position their product as a high quality yet affordable option whilst strategically placing call-to-actions throughout the site to encourage their visitors to take the first step in making a purchase decision.

The site was designed with a mobile first-approach where the mobile/tablet version of the site took priority over the desktop. According to a ‘comScore’ study in 2015, 62-64% of consumers use mobile/tablets versus desktops to browse retail/lifestyle related sites. This highlights the importance of creating a mobile optimised site in order to cater for a majority segment of visitors.
